Rules & Regulations

To ensure a smooth and professional experience for every client, please review the following policies before booking:

Travel Fee Policy

Travel fees are based on the location within the Hampton Roads area. Specific travel charges will be determined depending on the distance from Virginia Beach. Locations outside of a 15-mile radius from Virginia Beach will incur an additional travel fee, which will be communicated at the time of booking. Full travel fee must be paid along with the service deposit to confirm your appointment.

Booking & Deposit

A $25.00 deposit is required to secure all appointments & goes towards the balance due.

A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations.

Same Day, less than 72 hours until appointment booking will incur an additional fee based on the location, service and time of the appointment.

Same Day/ Last minute appointments are Non-Refundable, and must be paid in full upon booking.

Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will result in loss of deposit and may require full payment for repeat offenses.

Rescheduling Policy

A 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling appointments.

Rescheduled appointments must be within 30 days of the original date to transfer the deposit.

Only one reschedule per appointment is permitted.

Late Policy

A 15-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments.

After 15 minutes, a late fee of $15 will apply.

After 30 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show, resulting in loss of deposit.

No-Show Policy

No-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be restricted from future bookings.

Client Readiness

Please have a clean, makeup-free face unless stated otherwise.

Lash extensions must be disclosed in advance if makeup services are requested.

Sanitation & Safety

All tools and products are sanitized and disinfected between clients.

If you are feeling ill or have been recently exposed to contagious conditions, please contact me to reschedule.

Appointment Scheduling Policy


When scheduling an appointment, you will be redirected to the "Contact Us" page to submit your inquiry, including your desired service, date, and time. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive an invoice via email for the service. Payment of the invoice is required to officially secure your appointment.
