At Essence of Vashti, your comfort, safety, and experience are our top priority. Please review the following policies carefully before booking.

Booking & Appointments

All appointments must be booked online.

A valid card is required to secure your appointment.

Same-day appointments are subject to availability.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits are May be non-refundable and non-transferable depending on the circumstances.

Remaining balances are due at the time of service.

Accepted payments will be listed at checkout.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in loss of deposit.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Late arrivals of 10–15 minutes may result in a shortened service or cancellation.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to receive the full experience.

Arrivals over 15 minutes late may be canceled with no refund.

Health & Skin Conditions

Clients must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or recent procedures before services.

Services may be refused if the skin is compromised (open lesions, sunburn, infections, recent chemical peels, etc.).

Essence of Vashti is not responsible for undisclosed conditions.

Service Refusal

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety, sanitation, or inappropriate behavior.

Disrespectful conduct will not be tolerated.

Children & Guests

For safety and relaxation purposes, no children or additional guests are allowed unless being serviced.

Results & Expectations

Results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and at home care recommended based on the treatment plan provided during your visit(s).

No guarantees are made regarding outcomes.

Follow-up treatments and proper home care are recommended for best results.

Refunds

All services are final.

No refunds are issued once a service has been completed.

Personal Belongings

Essence of Vashti is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Photography & Content

Photos or videos may be taken for marketing purposes with client consent.

Clients may opt out at any time.

Agreement

By booking an appointment with Essence of Vashti, you acknowledge and agree to all service rules and regulations.
